Hello. You can get there only once per day. You have to get vaporetto nr.20 from San Zaccaria pier in 15:10. Entrance fee is 6 euro per person. It takes about 3 hours to get there, tour and way back. On your way back you do not miss your vapporetto because guides look after you and they use the same vaporetto to return to the city.
